Review of my first year at the FreerideWorldTour

This season the FWT was pretty, let’s call it, exciting 🙂  Due the lack of snow in europe it was pretty challenging for the riders and organizers to find rideable faces.  As it was my first year, my main goal was to just ride down safe, have a good time and qualify for the next season. Stoked that it worked out 🙂 My results: Chamonix:       7th (crash) Andorra:          2nd Fieberbrunn:  3rd Verbier:           4th   I had a good start – first contest, first podium 🙂 Enjoying the rare spots with good snow It’s all about the mental preparation – Fabio Studer and me transforming to a lion 🙂 Right before the drop-in in at the FWT Chamonix I was still unsure about my line-choice… […]

Next stop: Freeride World Tour

This season was my second year participating at freeride contests. As the snow conditions were different and difficult at most contests, lots of events had to be postponed or cancelled. That was quiet exciting for the whole tour.  I had the chance to join three FWQ4* contests, luckely I always made it on the podium and finally qualified for the Freeride World Tour 2017 and won the whole FWQ-tour 2016.   Results: Jasna (SK)        1st Les Arc (FR)    2nd Nendaz (CH)   3rd

The output from the full clip was great, but what happend to an outtake shot was just unreal. After ten days the outttake got about 8 mil views and reports in huge newspapers like Daily Mirror, The Guardian, Metro News, Kronehit, ServusTV and so on… Fullclip: Outtake:
